Relaxation Massage

The goal of a relaxation massage is to relax you. This type of massage is gentle and less intense than other styles by only working the upper layers of the muscle tissue to increase relaxation. Relaxation massage is a total experience as it is performed in a dim setting, sometimes with candles and scented oils.

Pedicures are not just limited to nails; usually dead skin cells on the bottom of feet are rubbed off using a pumice stone. Additionally, leg care below the knee includes granular exfoliation, application of moisturizing creams, and a brief leg massage. A pedicure can help prevent nail diseases and nail disorders.

The manicure consists of soak, massage of the hand and arm, exfoliating scrub, filing, shaping of the nail, cuticle care and the application of polish.
